Based on the Gold Coast and Brisbane, Huxley is a specialist makeup training school where creativity meets the screen. We train aspiring makeup artists in everything from beauty, fashion and editorial makeup to the incredible world of Special Effects (SFX), prosthetics, character creation and film and television makeup.

Our students learn hands-on from experienced industry professionals, developing the skills to transform faces, create realistic wounds, build extraordinary characters and bring imaginative concepts to life. Whether it's a terrifying creature, a cinematic character or a flawless beauty look, we love pushing creative boundaries!

We offer specialist training programs, nationally recognised qualifications in partnership with TAFE Queensland, school-based pathways and creative workshops for aspiring artists at different stages of their journey.
